I have walked the path, embodied the wisdom, and healed from my ‘personal shit’ more times than I dare to admit.

I trained at Westminster University and then the prestigious Insitute of Integrative Medicine and I'm a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, neurophysiology & stress response coach, Reiki master, PEMF and EFT tapping practitioner.

This is My Story.

Having endured childhood trauma that I carried with me into adulthood, there was always the weight of internal challenges that often felt insurmountable. Always manifesting toxic romantic relationships, which left me feeling trapped and isolated, I tried to numb myself out of existence - drug addiction, eating disorders, and chronic fatigue further eroded my physical and mental health. Self-harm became a coping mechanism, extreme anxiety became a constant companion, my health rapidly deteriorated and my unresolved trauma manifested as mulitiple chronic illness.

In my early 40s, I experienced a massive breakdown that shattered my world. My marriage crumbled, and I found myself at a crossroads. It was during this dark period that my spirit guides stepped in and had an intense spiritual awakening, a profound experience that illuminated a new path for me, the way back home to myself. This awakening became the catalyst for my deep healing journey, guiding me toward the light and helping me rediscover my true authentic self.

Throughout all these struggles, my life long passion for holistic healing remained intact. But I came to understand the hard way that just eating healthy, doing yoga, going to the gym and taking all the supplements, while important, are in no way sufficient on their own. I had to delve deeper to get to the root cause of my suffering, focusing on healing my inner child and consciously rewiring my thoughts and beliefs. It was a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Now, I can hand on heart confidently say I am happier and healthier than ever before. This journey has taught me that true healing comes from within, and it's a privilege to support others in finding their path to inner peace and vibrant health.

My Belief

It is my deep soul calling to shift the narrative around illness, disease, and the illusion of separation. We are not broken. We are not powerless. We are energetic, multidimensional beings designed to thrive - but we have been hijacked.

Layers of density, parasitic energies, and distortions in our field keep us looping in low vibration - trapped in cycles of fear, depletion, and disconnection. These implants are not just physical; they are energetic interferences designed to sever us from our true nature. And yet, beneath it all, our original divine blueprint remains intact, waiting to be reclaimed.

I believe healing is not just about treating symptoms - it is about liberation. It is about clearing interference, dissolving distortions, and restoring the organic frequency of the soul. When we purge what does not belong, energetic parasites, outdated programs, toxic imprints, we create space for the body’s innate intelligence to activate.

I am here to assist humanity to:

Break free from inorganic density, mind control, and false realities

My mission is to guide souls back to their organic divine blueprint, to help them unravel the false conditioning, release what is not theirs, and reclaim their energy as a force of creation. This is the path of sovereignty. This is the return home.
